We hope to see as many of you as possible at the AGM, at 5.30pm in the Selwyn Diamond, followed by - for those of you who have booked in advance - the annual dinner.
The AGM will be finished by 7. Please do try and come along if you are a member as it is important for you to be able to understand how the society is run and also your votes are very important for the new elections especially since there are contested positions. Also, look over the manifestos before you come. This will save us lots of time! Lastly, don't worry about coming to the AGM already dressed up for dinner, we'll all be doing it!

- The Monday, Tues and Weds rehearsals will be at Harvey Court
To clarify...
5 secs after pressing send I have noticed my first mistake in my giant email.
Obviously it is supposed to read:
MONDAY 16TH FEB
Run through of the SECOND HALF. No costumes. Please arrive ready to start at 6. We will run the finale in this rehearsal but you do not need to come if you aren't in any other numbers in the SECOND half.
TUESDAY 17TH FEB
Run through of the FIRST HALF. No costumes. Please arrive ready to start at 6. We will run the finale in this rehearsal but you do not need to come if you aren't in any other numbers in the FIRST half.
